Terms and Conditions – Rent Manager Subscription
AA Property Accounts Management Inc.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") outline the terms under which you ("Customer" or "Landlord") may access and use the Rent Manager subscription service provided by AA Property Accounts Management Inc. ("we," "us," or "the Company"). By subscribing, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Subscription Types, Renewals, and Cancellation
1.1 Monthly Subscription
- Billed every 30 days; auto-renews unless canceled 15 days before.
- Cancellations via email: info@propertyaccounts.ca.
1.2 Annual Subscription
- Renews yearly; non-refundable after 30 days.
1.3 Free Trial Period
- 30-day trial excludes EFT and credit check services.
2. Privacy and Data Protection
- We don’t sell data. Stored securely. You must protect login info.
3. Customer Responsibilities and Data Accuracy
- Provide correct info. Submit changes by the 25th each month.
4. EFT Rent Collection Policy
4.1 Enrollment and Holdback
- Requires PAD form + 1-month holdback (refundable, no interest).
4.2 Accuracy and Liability
- Landlord ensures tenant banking info is correct.
4.3 Returned Payments and NSF
- $50 NSF fee. Multiple NSF = service suspension.
5. Limitations of Service and Liability
- Tool only. We don’t manage evictions, repairs, rent enforcement.
6. Tenant Screening and Credit Check
- Via SingleKey/TransUnion. Use at your own discretion.
7. Leasing, Marketing Disclaimer
- No leasing or tenant acquisition services included.
8. Modifications to Terms
- We may update terms with 30 days' notice.
