What are Strata Fees for?
Strata fees contribute to the maintenance of the common property and the contingency reserve fund for future repairs and unexpected expenses.
  • During business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM), report emergencies to Property Accounts Management at 604-755-1694.
  • After hours, call 604-755-1694 for 24-hour on-call assistance.
    For questions, contact Accounts Receivable at info@propertyaccounts.ca.
Contact the strata council via the assigned strata agent unless otherwise specified by the council.
  • Enroll in our Pre-authorized Payment Program (PAP) for automatic monthly deductions.
  • Submit post-dated cheques for strata fees to be kept on file.
Attending the AGM or submitting a proxy ensures your voice is heard regarding the budget and other important matters. It’s also the opportunity to be nominated for the strata council.
Official strata corporation documents, including meeting minutes, are published only in English to avoid errors in translation. If you need a translation, please arrange one independently.
Yes, our team speaks a total of 10 languages fluently, in addition to English.
Yes, site inspections are performed as per service agreements, with specifics agreed upon in advance with the strata council.
