  • Clean all light fixtures.

  • Clean the deck area, and remove all personal items.

  • Return all keys, including the mailbox key, to the landlord.

  • If applicable, mow the lawn and remove weeds.
  • Dispose of all trash.
  • Patch any nail holes and touch up paint if necessary.
  • Clean the parking stall.
